1200 V, 50 A三相PIM IGBT模塊
EconoPIM? 2 1200 V、50 A 三相 PIM IGBT 模塊,采用快速 TRENCHSTOP? IGBT4、第四代發(fā)射極控制二極管和NTC溫度傳感器。也提供預(yù)涂熱界面材料的版本。集成了整流器和制動斬波器的 PIM(功率集成模塊)可節(jié)省系統(tǒng)成本。PIM模塊擁有 Econo 2 和 Econo 3 封裝,同時具有可焊接引腳。
